Cooperation Over Polarization: Inviting Affective Change

Description:

With political polarization seeping into every aspect of U.S. social life, how can we create spaces that inspire bridge building, well-being & connection?

This session dives headfirst into the challenges & the deep rewards of resisting divisive currents to foster collaboration & cooperation instead of competition. When individuals & groups are able to draw upon strong inner resources, they’re more able to keep learning & growing.

We offer tangible tools, built through research & practice as educators & therapists, that keep mental health at the center of collaborative systems change.
