As true brand differentiation becomes harder to achieve, it's the experience that surrounds the brand that increasingly has the potential to create consumer value. However, the experiences themselves are now becoming equally indistinct as technology creates seamless and connected customer journeys, efficient and slick but lacking character. However help is at hand. The enduring principles that sit at the heart of Design thinking have the ability to transform these consumer experiences. This session will illustrate how the application of practical and tangible elements of design, help create valued and valuable experiences for consumers and brands across a broad range of categories.
