Description:

JFF's Back on Track model has doubled the postsecondary entry rate for opportunity youth and improved it six-fold for young men of color, with strong persistence rates. Learn how the model, implemented in dozens of communities across the country, prepares young adults who lack a pathway to college for postsecondary education and helps them successfully transition.
