In our 24h a day and 7 day a week: how many hours do you spent in nature? We spend way too much time indoor, mostly for work. Surprised this is a major cause of most health issues? And it’s getting worse with urbanization and digital addictions. Get insights from international research and experiments that relates boosted work vitality to inclusiveness of nature.
