SXSW EDU 2020
Nudging Students Toward Learning and Success
Description:
Nudges are ways to alter people's behavior in a predictable way without forbidding any options. Small changes in deadlines, hours, faculty, staff and support availability, and schedules can all influence when, where and how students study. Registration can nudge students to take classes when they are most likely to succeed. Students who do more work, do more learning. This workshop will explore new designs to nudge students to adopt new behaviors that will help them learn and succeed.
