Description:
C.B. Community Schools (CBCS) is a private high school serving young people in the foster care and juvenile justice systems with complex trauma. Mirroring our competency-based education, CBCS created the Plan for Peace & Justice, a SEL model that teaches positive behavior change through transparency, student voice and mediation. Our model has lead to the eradication of physical violence, improved communication and connection between students and school team members and created true community!
