Description:
Change in school classrooms is hard. How do we overcome this resistance and ensure that implementations are successful? In this talk, we’ll describe how we can apply principles from Design Thinking and the Change Cycle to Change Management and provide a practical example of how to transform a traditional implementation to one that is more focused on Empathy.
