Future of Engagement in an AI Driven Era
Description:
There is an AI arms race to create entirely new customer experiences. AI will cause us to reevaluate our expectations of what it means to be a customer and lift our expectations around service. Traditional approaches and incremental improvements to customer engagement can prove hazardous to the health of many companies. “Hyper-personalized” customer engagement will become the new normal. Customer don’t want to be thought of as members of a market segment, or exemplars of a market persona. They certainly don’t want to be thought of as account numbers either.
This panel will discuss examples and lessons learned in using AI to transform each step in the journey from attracting, acquiring, keeping, and delighting customers (and sales teams!)
