SXSW 2019
Meaningful Workplace Communities to Create Change
Description:
The “future of work” and “tech for good” intersect one another in an incredibly impactful way.
It's no surprise that today's work environment is more complex than ever. Businesses are facing new challenges brought on by global and dispersed teams— and nonprofit organizations are no different.
By embracing tech, nonprofits can propel their social good efforts to new heights. They can connect their people, reduce distance, communicate and take action more effectively than ever before.
During this session, Workplace by Facebook will be joined onstage by the It Gets Better Project, a nonprofit organization focused on uplifting and empowering LGBT+ youth, for a conversation around how tech has helped connect, collaborate and drive change in their community and beyond.
