While the numbers diverge, one thing that is certain, millions of jobs around the world will be replaced within the next 5-10 years. This requires companies large and small to anticipate new developments with the way we work and to act fast to ensure that the Future of Work remains in our hands. The DO School along with its partners the United Nations, City of New York, BMW and Unilever are harnessing the power of diversity and co-creation to carve new paths for the Future of Work. In this workshop, the DO School will utilise the renowned DO School method to co-create solutions and empower existing employees to add value in a digitalised age and workplace.
