SXSW 2019

The Hispanic Marketing Sauce: Are we all Mexican?

Description:

Through our combined experience of more than a decade in the areas of marketing, advertising, sponsorship management, community outreach, copywriting, linguistics and social media we have seen a constant thread: initial ideas for Ad campaigns have a high degree of preconceived notions and stereotypes that if applied would most likely hurt their brands instead of helping them.

In this session, attendees will learn how to better reach the Latino consumer by effectively implementing bilingual campaigns that inspire and engage potential customers at the local and national levels. Latino demographics are continuously changing, we’ll take a look at what brands can expect in the next 5 years by providing a better understanding of the diversity and multicultural nature of this cohort.
