SXSW EDU 2019
Creating a Community of Belonging
Description:
Having and creating a feeling of belonging is a crucial way we nurture love and well being and in turn dramatically enhance our ability to teach and our students’ ability to create and learn. In today’s world, personal and societal circumstances can trigger stress and anxiety for all stakeholders. How can we use the strengths we have inherent in our family systems to resource our students and ourselves? How do we untangle and include difficult fates? Electrifying new practices are explored.
