Feedback the Viking Way - Feedback that Works
Description:
Working as an executive coach in Norway – one of the absolute richest nations in the world – I experience that people feel they don’t have to do anything. That is also why we have a challenge with making necessary changes and reaching our full potential.
The most important consequence is that we don’t give each other feedback, and the feedback we get, we choose not to pay attention too. Feedback is the absolute best tool in order to make changes and reach your potential. That’s why I have developed the concept – feedback the Viking way. I would like to share three important steps on how to ask for feedback the Viking way, how to give feedback the Viking way – and how to receive feedback the Viking way. The only feedback that works on people that do not have to do anything.
