Partners in Crime: Build+Manage An Innovative Team

Description:

"How human mind and behavior can do what serial killers did?" The question is fascinating (see the hype around MindHunter TVShow of David Fincher) and remains unsolved today. Through time, it has inspired this other question: "How human mind and behavior can do what innovators did?" Hopefully for this one we have valuable clues and answers.

As a criminologist, Fred Colantonio trained to see beyond deviant mindset and behavior of people. For +10 years now, he has been exploring the field of leadership and innovation by applying his learnings to business strategies. He is convinced that innovation sparks when a human mind crosses the limit designed by his group, in the quest for his realization. Are we all innovators/criminals? Partners in crime: How can we trigger innovation in a team?
