Teaching Empathy Through Game-Based Learning
Description:
District Administrators and Education Leaders will learn how video games serve as an effective tool for teaching social-emotional skills such as empathy and self-regulation in a safe, innovative way. We will also share case studies and research on how games can be used to collect student sentiment data to take a proactive approach to student well-being. Best practices will also be shared on implementing social-emotional learning into literacy curriculum.
