This session will be a live interactive experience to showcase how Employee Resource Groups are segregated groups. Attendees will learn and understand ERG gaps that are hindering organizations growth and success in diversity and inclusion. This session will provide steps to remove ERG's as well as present strategies on how to measure and results to expect. This will help erupt a company-wide movement that yields positive results and helps to increase representation and retain organically.
