Unlectured: Adventures in Transforming the Lecture

Description:

When one of us became a high school teacher, she found herself initially using a traditional style of lecture and notes. After noticing this was when student curiosity dwindled and classroom management issues arose, we searched for ways to provide the content foundation while focusing more time on class discussion, student creation, and answering the critical question, "Why does this content matter in our world?" Join us for a hands-on exploration in "unlecturing" traditionally lectured content.
