Two highly experienced Brazilian educators, versed in public policies, locally and nationally, share their experiences about the rights and wrongs in policy implementations.
For public policies to work, legislation has to ensure proper rights, financial resources and nation-wide adoption. Thus, there are two major challenges, especially in the Brazilian context: making up for centuries of delay and ensuring contemporary policies for all, especially for those considered at the margin of society.
