Music Festivals – The Social Prescription

Description:

During this session Gina Akers (Music Manager, speaker, TV & Radio Presenter & Qualified Lecturer) will be exploring the case for music festivals as a social prescription. Through extensive post-graduate research she has evidenced how music festivals can help countries in mental health crisis and the positive impacts on mental health and wellbeing. During this session Gina will be presenting her research findings including results from a preliminary questionnaire and a further expansive research survey conducted from hundreds of participants.
