Vendor in Good Standing Process: Buying Accessible EdTech

Description:

Share the Vendor in Good Standing (VIGS) procurement process, a collaboration with schools districts in Maryland. VIGS was created in response to new state legislative requirements for K12 school districts to provide accessible educational technology. The goal is to bridge the gap that often exists between legislative requirements and operational implementation capacity within school districts. The process promotes a collaborative relationship between vendors and school districts to make continuous improvement on accessibility. We are inviting vendor reps and school administrators.
