Fixing Problems We Didn’t Create: Change in Higher Ed

Healthy, flourishing, thriving university departments require a foundation and culture of trust and respect. All too often, we have competition and divisiveness, and we compete over resources and financing. We are asked to fix problems that we did not create.

Chronic, systemic problems are something all teams face. But in order for change to be possible, new information needs to enter.

This session focuses on how to bring new information about old conflicts into a system and how to work with change. This is an experiential workshop, one where Jeff and Erin model and share approaches,
