Be Curious: The Fusion of Grammy Winning Hip Hop & Science
Description:
What happens when Grammy-award winning hip hop artists intersect with a leading science institution? This session explores the surprising and catalyzing effects of a mashup, a surprising convergence. Beginning with a case study, the short film and EP "Eclipse: The Musical," science museum COSI and musical artist Alphabet Rockers will guide attendees through an interactive workshop that seeks to unearth POVs, skills, and potential hidden within the overlap. With a theme of “be curious,” this session celebrates what we can achieve when we hold assumptions more loosely and embrace the unexpected.
