In association with the Fxck Fear podcast, this session is an honest conversation about the science of fear, why it can be crippling, its negative and positive impacts on our mind, soul and body, and how it can change our brain. Rooted in research science, this session explores the everyday struggle we all have with fear but will inspire attendees to discover ways they can be more brave in life, career and relationships.
