SXSW 2025
Mobility Utopias, UX Storytelling, and the Midwest
Description:
In 2075, how will vehicles connect to humans, augmenting our experiences? How will they communicate with each other, forming swarms that move more efficiently with emergent behaviors? How will vehicles integrate with the built environment, becoming accessories that enhance pedestrian spaces?
We facilitate a debate on possible futures of mobility, especially focusing on midwestern American cities. We will share our methodology of future-craft and multimedia interactive storytelling, developed during a joint workshop between the MIT Media Lab, Hyundai HATCI, and the University of Cincinnati.
