Arty & Friends Help Anxious Kids!
Description:
Arty & Friends are colorful animals who help kids understand and work through worry and stress. Participants will learn how to help kids recognize, unique triggers, question core beliefs, change automatic thoughts and step put of negative thinking traps. We provide participants with a fun, colorful and easy to use program and workbook to help kids retrain their brains and strengthen their mental health.
Led by clinical experts from America and Europe, we have real life experience helping kids gently let go of worry and anxiety with our warm, fun and optimistic approach to mental health.
