SXSW 2025
Aging Reimagined: A Strategic Design Approach
Description:
In this session, we will look into why people identify aging with feelings of loss in Barcelona, Spain, as a case study for using strategic design to address systemic challenges. Our research explores how new social imaginaries about aging can influence experiences and perceptions, empowering both older and younger generations. We will talk over the research methods we employed, as well as how systems thinking helps us comprehend and suggest system-wide interventions.
