Description:
Girls as young as age 5 report feeling lonely, an indicator that the loneliness epidemic and mental health crisis among girls spreads farther and wider than we ever thought. The panel, featuring Girl Scouts of the USA CEO, Bonnie Barcyzkowski, Dr. Christine Crawford, medical director at The National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) , and Gold Award Girl Scouts who are leading the way and tackling this issue in their own communities, will discuss the challenges our younger generation face, as well as solutions for addressing loneliness.
