SXSW 2025
Dear corporates… it’s time to be more start up
Description:
“How do we present this proposal to get it past department X?” - it’s one of the dragons that corporates have to slay daily, alongside navigating inefficient processes and policies written for the 1%.
Corporates can be a thing of beauty - with the scale and insight to create truly magical moments for customers with the right tools in place. But to become a truly innovative business, they have to ‘think more start-up’.
This talk explores three biggest barriers corporations face when fostering a culture of innovation: inside thinking, lack of trust and outdated processes.
