Productivity is not a time-management or organizational skills issue, it’s about how well you manage your emotions. In this presentation, I will explore the crucial role of emotional intelligence and awareness in the workplace in order to have sustainable productivity. We need to understand how our individual emotions show up in the workplace. By understanding and managing our own emotions and those of others, leaders and employees can break out of unhealthy habits that negatively impact productivity, and can create a more productive and healthier workplace.
