Hi! I'm Future You: Cultivating Long-Term Wellbeing with AI
Description:
If you could time travel to see yourself in 2050, what would you ask yourself? What aspects of your future life would you be most curious about? And would having this insight from the future help you live a better life today?
Our interdisciplinary team of researchers from MIT, Harvard, and UCLA has developed and studied how people interact with realistic AI representations of their future selves, complete with simulated memories of potential futures. Join us as we go behind-the-scenes on how we built these psych-tech tools helping people reflect on their life choices and future decisions.
