Guys, Where’s the Love? Tailored Nudges to Boost Confidence

Positive affirmations are powerful boosters of students' confidence and academic performance. But do college students receive enough affirmations? Researchers at the University of Michigan sought to understand factors that impact students’ confidence in STEM courses and found stark gendered differences in their experiences with receiving affirmation.
