3DE by Junior Achievement: Re-Engineering Education

Description:

3DE- an emerging, data-backed, instructional model designed to transform public education to be more equitable & relevant for high school students through leveraging the capabilities of school districts, business and civic organizations, and Junior Achievement across the nation. With 90 percent of students in public schools, the focus is to develop public-private partnerships to systemically re-engineer education to better reflect the real world and prepare students for life beyond the classroom walls. Outcomes: 90% teachers recommend 3DE, 18% decreased absenteeism, 29% increase in graduation.
