SXSW 2025
Cultivating Change: Farming in Service of Climate and Nature
Description:
Knowledge goes beyond facts. This session will explore regenerative farming, nature and climate through both data and intuition.
Panelists will explore the intricacies of balancing data and observation within complex living farm ecosystems, asking the question “what even is regeneration?” and “how can farming serve nature and the climate, rather than exploiting them?”
Then, attendees will be immersed in a sensory exhibit experience, enhancing intuitive understanding of regenerative farming and how it can create the truest expression of flavor in both wine and food.
