SXSW 2025
Doing Good isn't Good Enough: Marketing to Save the Planet
Description:
The speed of the clean energy transition is being put on individual developers, politicians and communities that are bombarded with a constant stream of (mis)information. Combine that with legitimate local concerns being asked to take a back seat to global impacts and it's no wonder asking people to "do the right thing" and "think of the greater good" is not working. How can we use tactics and strategies from the marketing world to break through the noise and enact real change, real fast?
