Connecting Working Learners to Jobs of the Future
Description:
As a land grant institution, North Carolina State University is leading collaborative efforts to attract and support working learners in preparing for and connecting to the jobs of the future. This session will highlight interdisciplinary and multi-sector efforts to address the multi-faceted challenges working learners experience when connecting to the workforce and highlight promising practices and lessons learned in areas of instructional innovation, statewide public policy, transformative leadership and effective approaches to (re)engaging adult learners.
