Secrets to Success for Disabled Students in Higher Ed

Description:

Over 20% of college students now have at least one disability. This session spotlights disabled college students and what they can teach us about accessibility in higher education. Members of the panel are Student Fellows at the National Disability Center for Student Success, a federally funded center with a mission to build an actionable research foundation to support disabled student success in higher education. This session brings first-hand experience, research findings, and insights to the conversation about navigating college as students with both visible and invisible disabilities.
