The New Homemakers: Redefining How Women Make a House A Home
Description:
With the “Tradwife” movement still going strong, there remains an antiquated view of what makes a house a home and women tend to bear the biggest burden when it comes to cooking, cleaning, and childrearing. However, today’s modern homemaker is much more dynamic and complex. Over the years, women have been able to make a shift into the business of “homemaking” through leadership roles in construction, homebuilding, and décor companies. But there is still work to be done to make building homes an equitable space.
