Description:

This panel will explore how lack of accountability in the workplace helps circumvent justice and inclusion, mostly aimed at employees from historically marginalized communities. With cover from the anti-DEI movement, companies have gotten away with hypocritical behavior and broken commitments made to their diverse employees. This panel calls out hard truths and reminds companies of their consequential responsibility to improve the workplace experience. This panel explores the past DEI model’s fatal flaws and how the future of work will be shaped by the power of employee narratives.
