There are a lot of inequities in the creator space - from pay inequality to access to representation and resources to simply getting credit when credit is due. It is up to all of us to begin to level the playing field at each step in the supply chain. We will discuss how brands, agencies, creator networks and media platforms can all help to level the playing field.
