CEOs in EdReform: Lived Experience Matters

Description:

These Chief Executive Officers know what it’s like to be the “other” in a room. While neither Robinson, Ramanathan nor Odemwingie had "CEO" on their career wish lists when they started teaching, their lived experiences prepared them to lead these equity- and justice-focused organizations, and the power of their perspectives is a driving force in their success. In this panel, these three dynamic leaders will share the stories, stumbles and successes that lead them to the CEO seat.
