Failing Forward: How to Reinvent From “Failure”

Description:

Is there a right way to be wrong? As innovation and creativity become more and more important to companies’ growth, tech leaders and founders are encouraging their teams to fail fast, fail often, and move forward. Failure is the new key to success and leaders know that learning will unlock their teams’ true potential. In this session, we’ll explore stories of rebuilding and reinventing after “failing” from the perspectives of an 8X entrepreneur, a solo investor, and a seasoned product-led CEO and board member. They’ll dive into why it’s so important for leaders to encourage their teams to be unafraid of experimenting and how making mistakes can help (more than hurt) a company’s success. It’s big risk, big reward, after all.
