SXSW 2023
The Art Of The In-House Start-Up
Description:
What if you started your own company… inside your current company? In this session, a team of playful mischief-makers from a large organization will share their accessible, field-tested approach to launching and running an award-winning start-up… inside their company. Based on first-person experience and hands-on research, you’ll learn a practical, field-tested, step-by-step approach to launching an autonomous organization that creates products and services customers love… while still maintaining a connection to your larger corporation’s mission (and support structures). You’ll discover how to turn your current company into a customer… and how to serve your company’s customers too.
