Teach Don’t Preach: Using Education to Engage
Description:
The pandemic has irreversibly transformed the way we work and live — but it has also had an outsized impact on the way we learn. Now, people look for accessible learning resources that exist beyond the classroom, and as a result, online learning platforms — from language-learning apps, to virtual courses — have taken off. As companies look for innovative ways to engage with customers, many are expanding their educational resources beyond a blog and teaching consumers the skills to more actively engage with their offerings, as opposed to aggressively marketing them. In this discussion, we'll discuss the evolution of learning, the breadth of learning resources available outside of the classroom, and how brands and consumers can take advantage of these new educational opportunities.
