Find Flow & Let Go—Visual SEL Tools to Get Unstuck
Description:
Stuck happens–in everyday crises, stalled tasks, and messy conflicts. This hands-on workshop focuses on redirecting energy in ways that move ourselves/staff/students forward. It blends simple visual tools and mindsets with 5 questions used by kids and adults around the country to safely explore challenges. Individually and together, you’ll confidently sketch any stuck situation to see new possibilities in people involved, what’s happening, what matters most, ways forward, and first steps to try.
