Workplace culture, particularly in this day and age; can be the competitive edge that sets it apart. Research shows that a company’s intangible assets, which include talent and culture, are now estimated to make up 52% of a company’s market value. Traditionally, workplace culture has levied itself against mission statements, codes of conduct, and policies. However, our new world demands more to attract and retain the people that will sustain business and education into the future. This session will detail the process to intentionally creating a culture of kindness in the workplace. Backed by research, a culture of kindness leads to higher-performing, more engaged, more collaborative, and generally happier employees.
