Humans interact with humans. That's been the reality for many ages, but with technology it seems this has been forgotten. The COVID-19 pandemic only showed to all people in the world how important it is to engage and connect in person. This is what is happening now also in the retail industry. The physical stores, after their reopening, are having their roles rethinked and one thing to keep in mind is the stores are only a place, what feels the gap are humans. Humans that can use technology to better engage with other humans and create a 1-to-1 immersive and engaging new phygital commerce experience.
