SXSW 2023
A Nightlife Model for Climate Engagement
Description:
Why are parties primed for ecological work? The origin of festival comes from our traditional use of music and collective dance to commune with our environments. Given the need for a cultural paradigm shift, climate change must be addressed in ways we're traditionally, spiritually, and biologically set up to be in relation with. A nightlife model for climate engagement is a multi-dimensional look at how to create cultural infrastructure to address our ecological crisis.
