We often believe compassion is for others. However, authentic compassion starts with self-compassion. Creating an internal Compassionate Culture™ organically invites you to get curious and courageous with YOU! We will explore the impact internal dialogue has on how we show up, treat ourselves and others, and the personal power that flows when we intentionally chooose to release judgement and biases towards oneself and others.
