Description:
After the recent exponential growth of the use of digital screens from online meetings and remote working to virtual schooling and connecting on the internet with friends many of us are looking for high quality interactions that we can feel good about and not feel as we are wasting our time or negatively impacting our mental well-being. This presentation will explore how we can not only survive but also thrive online. Using psychological science media psychologist, Dr. Jerri Lynn Hogg, will lead you through how media and technology can positively influence the way we behave, connect, and make meaning of our lives while navigating our digital lives and how we can take tech breaks to recharged and rejuvenate emerging with a greater capacity for growth, connection, and creativity.
