Phenomenon Based Learning for Global Competence

Description:

Explore how phenomenon based learning centers students in the learning process and supports the development of global competence. In this workshop, learners will engage with a design process that enhances the building of equitable and socially and emotionally focused learning environments for all learners. This workshop will highlight approaches taken in the United States and Finland, sharing ways in which the global can be made local and the local made global.
